How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there are two stages involved:

Processing time
All our products are made to order. Processing typically takes 1–7 business days after payment has been confirmed. This includes preparation, customisation (where applicable), and quality checks to ensure your wig meets our standards.

Delivery time (after dispatch)

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • United States: 3–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 20–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.


What happens if I order more than one item?

If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched together or separately depending on preparation timelines and logistics. You will receive tracking details once each item has been shipped.


Can I return my order?

Due to the made-to-order and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all wigs are non-refundable once processing has begun. This includes wigs customised by length, density, colour, cap size, or any personal specification.

We only accept returns or offer replacements if:

  • The item received is faulty, or

  • The item received is significantly different from the order placed

Any approved return must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and approved before returning any item.


Do I need to pay customs or import charges?

Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
