How long will it take for me to get my items?

From the moment you place your order, there are two steps:

  1. Processing time: We verify your order, conduct a quality check, and package it for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after your purchase and payment have been confirmed.

  2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. Items are shipped directly from our suppliers and typically take the following durations to arrive:

    • United States: 3-14 business days

    • Europe: 7-15 business days

    • Rest of the world: 20-25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination and other factors.


What happens if I order more than one item?

Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately depending on the supplier.


Can I return my items?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days after you’ve received your order.

Note: The item must be returned in its original state and packaging, without being used or altered.

Once we’ve received the returned package and confirmed the item’s condition, we will issue a full refund.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.


Will I have to pay customs on my items?

Customs fees vary from country to country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may arise.
