All products sold by Chic Luxe Hair are human hair wigs and related hair products. Many of our items are made to order based on customer specifications.
Product images are for representation purposes only. Slight variations in colour, texture, or density may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and handcrafted preparation.
6. Custom-Made & Hygiene Products (VERY IMPORTANT)
All custom wigs are made to order based on customer-provided specifications, including but not limited to cap size, length, density, texture, colour, lace customisation, and styling preferences.
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, custom wigs cannot be resold once altered, worn, or tried on. As such, custom-made wigs are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect.
A product is considered non-returnable if:
