Shipping Policy

All products from Chic Luxe Hair are made to order. Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, processing typically takes 1–7 business days. This processing time includes preparation, customisation (if applicable), and quality checks before dispatch.

Delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary depending on the destination:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • United States: 3–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 20–25 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-order and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all custom wigs are final sale once processing has begun.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Custom-made wigs

  • Pre-cut lace wigs

  • Coloured, toned, or chemically processed wigs

  • Worn, installed, or altered items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item received is faulty, or

  • The item received is significantly different from the order placed

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and approved before any return is made.

Approved items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unaltered

  • In original condition and packaging

Refund Processing

If a return is approved and passes inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
