We intend to ship out your order within 1-5 business days after your purchase and payment has been confirmed.

Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. Items are shipped directly from our suppliers and typically take the following durations to arrive:

United States: 3-14 business days

Europe: 7-15 business days

Rest of the world: 20-25 business days

Returns/Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days after you’ve received your order.

Note: The item must be returned in its original state and packaging, without being used or altered.

Once we have received the returned package and confirmed the item’s condition, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
