All products from ChicLuxe Hair are made to order. Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, processing typically takes 1–10 business days. This processing time includes preparation, customisation (if applicable), and quality checks before dispatch.

Delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary depending on the destination:

• United Kingdom: 1–2 business days

• United States: 3–8 business days

• Europe: 5–8 business days

• Rest of the world: 11-25 business days
